recently hired Wayne to provide dinner for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. This included grilling 70 Ribeye
steaks, smoking 20 Chicken Quarters, as well as setting up
a baked potato bar and salad bar. Wayne and his team arrived early and never hesitated to accommodate us
with the time we requested to be served. We experienced hot, fresh food being served in a professional and efficient manner at promptly 7:OOpm as requested. The entire evening was a huge success! All of the guests raved about the delicious flavor and perfect doneness of the steaks. The entire operation was second to none and it made my day less stressful, knowing Wayne's BBQ-U oversaw the dinner.

Waynes Barbecue-U is the place to go for barbecue and smoking. We got him to smoke a Butterball turkey, and it is the most delicious and moistest turkey I've ever eaten.
